Responsibilities :

• Post job openings using various job boards and resources
• Review and vet a high volume of candidates, schedule onsite, phone, and video interviews
• Proactively obtain and maintain knowledge of offers, onboarding, and orientation policies.
• Collaborate with a team of Account Managers to understand all job openings and client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and provide reports on recruiting efforts.
• Update compliance reporting including drug screening, background checks, and education
• Collect resumes, pre-screen applicants, issue applications, administer any necessary testing, and input data into the applicant tracking system
• Assist with reference checks and employment verifications.

Requirements :

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Google suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative, organized, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate records of applicant status and hiring activity.
• Work with HR on off-hire issues as they arise.
