As a Team Administrator, you can expect to perform the following:

• Processing all form of tax returns (including but not limited to complex filings involving international tax, high net worth individuals, and corporations) using Ultra Tax and Practice CS and Doc-it software.
• Billing clients
• E-Filing Returns
• Producing reports and keeping data up to date
• Communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service

Education and competencies required for the position as follows:

• Technologically savvy
• Ability to adapt/learn new software quickly
• Very detail-oriented
• Previous CPA firm experience a plus
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Associate’s Degree preferred

Additional competencies desired:

Computer skills:

• Experience with Ultra Tax, of Pro Systems, QuickBooks, or Practice CS a plus
• Excel proficiency
