Ability Matters is Hiring a Technology and Scheduling Coordinator Near Dublin, OH

Ability Matters is seeking a dynamic individualto support our Technology and Scheduling team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling,data analysis, implementation of AI solutions, software training, and ensuringseamless interoperability of computing systems. This role will also providedirect services to individuals with disabilities two days a week. This positionrequires compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating appointments,meetings, and maintaining calendars for the Technology and Scheduling team.
  • Conduct data analysis, utilizingsoftware tools and AI applications to derive insights and facilitatedecision-making.
  • Provide training on current andnew software systems to staff, ensuring their proficiency and effectiveutilization.
  • Ensure interoperability andfunctionality between various computing systems, both Apple and non-Applehardware.
  • Directly engage and provideservices to individuals with disabilities two days a week.
  • Communicate effectively with teammembers, stakeholders, and individuals served by the organization.
  • Implement and track trainingprograms, ensuring staff adherence to technological protocols.
  • Oversee the development andimplementation of software and hardware solutions aligned with organizationalobjectives.
  • Import, manipulate, and analyzedata for reporting purposes using spreadsheets, graphs, and report software.
  • Proficiently operate databases andemploy data retrieval methodologies for analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in project managementactivities, aligning technological solutions with Ability Matters goals.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, addressing technological challenges efficiently.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oralcommunication skills, translating technical information into user-friendlylanguage.
  • Interact with families and staff,delivering high-quality customer service and support.
  • Collaborate effectively in ateam-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplaceculture.

Requirements:

  • A preferred 4-year degree and aminimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in overseeingthe development and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
  • Proficiency in importing,manipulating, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong understanding of databaseoperations and data retrieval methodologies.
  • Project management skills,ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and creativeproblem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, withan empathetic approach to serving individuals with disabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the abilityto prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with theability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A customer service orientationwith a focus on supporting families and staff.
