Location(s): Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, New Milford, New Fairfield, Newtown, Prospect, & Ridgefield

Hours: 2nd Shift (Evening) & 3rd Shift (Overnight), Weekend availability a requirement

Pay Rate: $ 17.25/ hourly (Shift & weekend hourly incentives ($2 -$7 per hour)

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) and care for adult individuals with disabilities.
• Cooking and feeding of meals, ambulating and positioning of individuals based on activity, bathing, clothing, and toileting.
• Transporting individuals in the community for appointment and activities.
• Documentation and recording of pertinent medial information or observations throughout shift.
• Many of our medical programs allow our direct support professionals to working alongside a clinical team, seasoned nursing staff- learning awaits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Willingness to learn, no experience needed
