Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible day schedule
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans under the guidance of behavioral support clinicians
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with disabilities
• Assist BCBAs with in-home treatments and administrative duties
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge or experience working with disabilities or behavioral supports is a plus
• Must enroll and complete Ability Beyond Behavioral Specialty Training as a requirement
