ABHS is Hiring a Front Desk Team Lead Near Beach, FL

Monday-Friday

8:30AM-5:00PM

Job Purpose Summary:

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the front office operations. Responsible for a variety of office functions including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic money handling, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

Essential Duties:

  • Set a positive atmosphere for clients and staff
  • Provide Supervision to Front Office Coordinators
  • Communicate with Administrative Director on various projects and initiatives.
  • Answer phones at high call volume and direct to appropriate party
  • Operate Office Equipment
  • Mail delegation
  • Perform Inventory and Order Supplies
  • Delegation of Missed Appointment Fees
  • Delegation of Certified Letters
  • Completion of "Providers Leaving Practice" Letters
  • Perform monthly EOC Checklists
  • Conduct quarterly fire drills
  • Assure all intake paperwork is complete and saved to chart.
  • Upload records and client documentation.
  • Clinical/Medical Documentation Support
  • Communicate and facilitate appointment changes for specialty treatments
  • Lab orders support
  • Patient de-escalation and crisis management
  • Front Desk support roles (program support including but no limited to: appointment scheduling, coordinating with providers, email and phone correspondence with clients, outreach, discharging, ROI's, etc.)
  • Chart demographic maintenance and project management

Additional Duties:

  • Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
  • As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.


Job Type
: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Required education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s Degree preferred

Required experience: Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position. Some leadership experience preferred.

Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles, Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment, Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outstanding communication skills, Great organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required licenses or certifications:
