Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and leasing.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property showings and lease signings
- Ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on late payments
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Enforce lease agreements and property rules
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Stay updated on Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance

Experience:

- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration
- Knowledge of leasing procedures and contract negotiation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
