We have an uncapped compensation plan resulting in an average annual income of $60,000-$120,000, with opportunities to make 2-3 times this amount. This position is entirely commission-based, only limited by your motivation.

We are currently looking for determined, hardworking, top performers. You must have a real estate license or are interested in becoming licensed. We can help you with that, but you MUST obtain a license. You need to be able to work independently and have the desire to control your personal and professional growth. You must have a strong work ethic and a desire to be successful.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from all types of homeowners and business owners.
• You’ll be responsible for generating leads by frequently calling, emailing, texting, and visiting homeowners and businesses.
• You will have presentations with homeowners/businesses.
• You’ll become an expert in real estate and make recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
• You’ll learn to ask probing questions and overcome customer objections to close more transactions.
• All of these things will allow you to achieve and consistently exceed your monthly goals.

Job Types : This is a full-time, commission-based job opportunity. You are an independent contractor, with earnings being as much as you desire.
