As a Rental Repair Technician at ABLEMKR, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of rental equipment to ensure their proper functioning and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair rental equipment, including but not limited to power tools, construction equipment, and industrial machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Keep detailed records of equipment repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory
• Order and replace parts as needed
• Collaborate with rental staff and customers to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience in equipment repair and maintenance on diesel engines and small engines
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnosing and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of various types of rental equipment, power tools, and machinery
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
