• Oversee scheduling and coordination of home care services, ensuring client needs are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care plan adjustments.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through regular audits of client records.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance measures.
• Training and Development:
• Provide ongoing training for Coordinators to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Establish effective communication channels with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
• Data Management:
