Abc Pediatrics Pa in Corpus Christi, TX is looking for one clinic manager to join our 28 person strong team. We are located on 3533 S Alameda Suite 303. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- Manage medical and office supply inventory
- Track and oversee timely billing processing
- Maintain patient and employee records
- Credentialing
- Negotiate Insurance contracts
- Manage financial accounts
- Running financial reports & KPI's
- Run Payroll
- Bill payments and business insurance contracts
- Manage 401k logistics
- Working closely with office bookkeeper/accountant
- Assist and work closely with HR Manager in the necessary daily duties to run the office/clinic.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a office manager role
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
- Maintain up to date knowledge of medical laws and practices.
