We are transforming the healthcare experience for low-income families. We are led by a founder who grew up on Medicaid (public insurance) and personally knows the desperation of not being able to afford medically-necessary care.

The Role

We’re looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. You’ll be working to help bring care to real families. Your role is to share details of our mission with families and manage outreach with partners in the Harrisburg, PA area (and surrounding metro areas)

In this role, you will:

• Carry-out outreach efforts. You’ll work with partners and sponsors to spread our mission far-and-wide. Your role is critical in building relationships.
• Building relationships with families. You’ll be in charge of meeting families where they are in the community and sharing information at events, resource fairs, meetups, etc. Your role is critical in making sure more families can get access to care.

The Requirements

• Must have a valid higher education degree from a college, university, and/or institution
• Must currently reside in/near the Harrisburg, PA area and have the ability to drive with a car (valid driver license).
• Excellent execution skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and solve problems to get to your goal.
• Experience in interfacing with different stakeholders. You are used to working with different teams and people
• Deep empathy, endless tenacity, charisma, and attention to the finest details.
• Experience in sales is a bonus, but not required.
• Bonus if you speak Spanish
