Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with a following of clients to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong customer relationships. This position involves working in the field to promote and sell lumber, decking, building materials, moulding and doors to potential customers.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
- Present product information to customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with the owner to achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles
