Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist for their Grapevine location
SUMMARY:
The Accounting Specialist supports the day-to-day administrative functions for the finance department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process accounts payable/receivable in QuickBooks
• Process cash application
• Manage benefits administration
• Process Payroll
• Manage gift cards
• Assist with month end close journal entries
• Perform vendor set up
• Perform finance administration duties

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
