• Work with Specialist to place all direct parts orders for jobs / indirect shop materials
• Responsible for maintaining indirect shop material including but not limited to working with VMI vendors regarding order status and budgeting
• Thoroughly inspect, verify and document all incoming orders; receive in SAP
• Responsible for documenting and reporting any order discrepancies to Specialist and/or Management
• Must be thoroughly familiar with stock
• Receives stores and disburses stockroom material and tools
• Responsible for tooling (including calibration, repair/maintenance)
• Must be familiar with traffic instructions and routing
• Does all the receiving and shipping
• Arranges Shipping, FTL, LTL etc.
• Makes out receiving and shipping papers and may assist packing and crating
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Stockroom, and Shipping/Receiving experience - minimum 2 years
• Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as required
• Self-starter able to work with minimal direction
• Strong computer skills (i.e., Microsoft outlook, excel, word, other)
• Strong organizational skills
• Certifications for crane and fork truck operations
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
