Responsible for the direct, hands-on production of qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials. The
Proposal Manager
will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing on assigned pursuits form Tellepsen's office located in the Greater Greenspoint Area.Ideal CandidateEnergetic, creative, eager to be a part of a winning team, thrives in a deadline driven environment, and enjoys multi-tasking on various deadlines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include, but not limited to, the following:Reviews and interprets solicitation documents and generates an action plan.Creates precise, well-written narratives for non-technical proposal inquiries to include design layout and graphics.Works with Pursuit Lead assigned for project-specific technical narratives.Proofreads, edits, and formats proposals to ensure proposals are compliant with client requests.Prints, assembles, and readies proposals for submission.Develop PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for client interviews.Creates internal communications.Coordinates and schedules project photography.Produces award submissions to include gathering data from the project team, writing responses, award submissions, and tracking Company awards.Updates websiteProfessional Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in the AEC industry.Proficient in InDesign and PowerPoint.
