We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and help support our clients with behavior and communication challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special needs, a strong understanding of behavior analysis, and the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The successful candidate will also be patient, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans and interventions for clients.
• Monitor and record client progress and behaviors.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide feedback to clients and their families on progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure client safety and success.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist BCBA to assess the client's needs and progress.
• Data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
