We are currently seeking a devoted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths and needs
- Designing individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of ABA
- Providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to BACB requirements and implement them in your practice
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and data collection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs.
