As part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer service and experience.

Your primary mission will be to ensure that any issues raised by our clients through all communication channels (emails and live chat) are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner whilst maintaining proactive and personalized communication.

Some issues may be due to technical bugs on the platform, in which case, you will ensure to follow-up on them internally before getting back to the clients. You will also be assigned your own portfolio of SMB clients (Small & Medium Business) to structure successful relationships and be their main point of contact to manage their day-to-day requests.

You will be working closely with Customer Success, Product and Tech teams. You will report directly to the Manager of Customer Success - North America.

What you will do:

  • Client Support:
  • Answer questions about how to use the platform, raised by our clients in the North American region
  • Become a product expert 
  • Be responsible for the management of your client portfolio following implementation
  • Undertake operational and methodological clients training 
  • Help build loyalty by creating excellent relationships with clients 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support CS plan
  • Bug management:
  • Investigate and follow-up with bugs through Jira 
  • Be proactive on support processes to provide the best customer experience
What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field 
  • You’re outgoing, hard-working, enthusiastic, self-motivated and open-minded. You’re massively into getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You consider yourself an analytical thinker who can translate complex data into profitable marketing plans.
  • A great communicator, an active listener, and can deliver messages in a clear, concise and effective way.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the team.
  • Bonus points if you have some knowledge in analytics and HTML/CSS/Javascript.
