- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for processing and management of time capture and expenses with overall focus on data collection, data integrity and customer service.
- Process new hire entries and employee terminations.
- Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors.
- Organize and complete weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly billing.
- Review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing.
- Confirm all compliance requirements are met to process payment.
- Audit activities and issue resolutions.
- 2 years of multi-state payroll experience.
- 2 years in a customer service-related position.
- Intermediate to strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, including Excel and Outlook.
- Must be well organized, dependable and detail orientated.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and work ethics.
- Some schedule flexibility is ideal during payroll processing days.
- Must be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
