AB Security Group is Hiring a Security Officer Near Beach, FL
Position: Security Officer
Location: Jade Beach Condominium
Regular Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Overnight Pay Rate: $16.50
Schedule:
Afternoon shifts (3pm to 11pm): Monday, Saturday and Sunday
Overnight shifts (11pm to 7am): Tuesday and Wednesday
We also are looking for an Overnight Guard !!!
About Us: Jade Beach Condominium is a vibrant community known for its commitment to safety and security. We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team and ensure the well-being of our residents and property.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and vigilant presence throughout the property during the assigned shift.
- Monitor surveillance systems to identify and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Engage with residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct routine patrols to ensure all areas are secure and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Prior security experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.
