We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone with a minimum of 1 year of service and annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry.

Job Title : HVAC Service Technician

Work hours : Monday thru Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale : Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience sales commissions

• Position Overview : To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems;

offering the customer a high-quality experience.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check and drug screen
• 2 years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Desire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industry
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Educating customers on indoor air quality
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to invest time in training and classes including NATE Certifications
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds
