Job Description:

We are looking for talented and dynamic Order fulfillment associates to join our client located in the US.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings.
• Assist with order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Demonstrate and explain service offerings and procedures.
• Make informed decisions to meet client expectations.
• Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Challenge and improve existing processes.
• Assist with training on products and company databases.
