AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care is seeking a highly motivated sales professional for a leadership role in one of our locations. This Sales Manager will lead a team, ensuring work is performed on time to our high AAMCO standards. In this role, you will also be the main point of contact for customers, making sure they understand every step of the repair process. But this role is so much more than that. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This is a demanding and important role – you must not be afraid of hard work!

• Manage the day-to-day processes and personnel in the shop while building sales pipeline

• Speak to many customers every day over the phone, in person, and via messaging app.

• Follow and participate in improving AAMCO sales procedures – don’t worry, we’ll train you!

• Meet and exceed sales goals while finding ways to exceed customer expectations and convert them into lifelong loyal AAMCO customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Service Management experience

* Strong Telephone sales ability

* Proficient computer skills using mainframe web applications and Microsoft Office

* High character and strong work ethic

* Ability to lead employees

* Quality mindset with ability to satisfy vehicle owners

* Excellent customer service skills

* Sales communication skills

* Basic computer skills

* Basic math skills

* Valid Drivers license

* Background check and drug test

OFFERS:

Hours: M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm

Salary: $72,000 to $100,000/ year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,500.00 per week
