AP Accounting Administrator
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Record invoices in M3/R365/Yardi – scan images
- Print checks and mail
- Assist with Sales Tax Filings
- Other accounting related tasks as assigned.
- Experience with M3, Restaurant365, or Yardi would be ideal.
Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Experience with M3 and Restaurant365
- Yardi experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
