Title: Program Management Specialist - Strategy & Operations Support

Client: Federal Agency 

Location:Washington, D.C.

Ability to Work: Onsite with Telework opportunity

Clearance: Secret/Top Secret

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedule: 6 am - 2 pm

Job Description:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain a Secret and/or Top-Secret Clearance.
• Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a related advanced degree of study in Information Management or Technology Management
• Technical experience with Homeland Security-related work may substitute for education requirements.
• Familiar with and knowledge of the Office of Management & Budget (OMB), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience working with Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) is highly desired.
