Aidebook Inc. is a leading Home Health Care Agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) who also possesses a valid driver's license to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor and record clients' health status and communicate any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to all protocols.
• Prior experience in home health care is a plus.
