As the Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective day-to-day operations within the Accreditation team and creating a positive and professional first impression for our members, volunteers, and public stakeholders. You will provide administrative support and report directly to the Vice President of Accreditation.
How you will Contribute:
  • Provide administrative support to the Accreditation team, working closely with the Vice President of Accreditation (both routinely and for ad hoc projects).
  • Assists in the planning and coordination of meeting logistics and follow-up activities of accreditation committee meetings.
  • Provides support to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Lead, updating quality management documentation, scheduling meetings, and assisting in the coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Assists in the planning and coordination of volunteer training events, including issuing invitations, tracking attendance, and sending post-training communications.
  • Coordinates the accreditation certificate process, ensuring that accredited schools receive certificates in a timely manner after each accreditation review.
  • Responsible for initiating school applications and projects in the myAccreditation platform.
  • Monitors receipt and ongoing tracking of peer review team conflict of interest acknowledgement requirement.
  • Enters data accurately into AACSB's association management system, including entering notes related to peer review team performance into AACSB's association management system.
  • Performs other related duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Strong, demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Five (5) years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective writing and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly those emphasizing office management and support to senior management, will be highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in office administration or related field.
  • Eight (8) years administrative support experience.
