Under the supervision of the Program Manager the Advocate provides survivors of human trafficking with support and resources to be self-sufficient and safe. The Advocate provides education and outreach about human trafficking to the community.

Working conditions
This job requires you to be in the community. Work is often conducted in a confidential residential shelter environment. Basic safety precautions and use of protective clothing or gear may be required. Driving is essential to the function of this job. The job requires local travel. Working with survivors of human trafficking and intimate partner violence may increase exposure to secondary trauma.
