We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business, supporting the team in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in retail operations, including sales, product demonstrations, and customer inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge of retail math to support with pricing and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team on layout design to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience:

- Experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively.
- Familiarity with flooring sales is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
