**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. - Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately. - Utilize outside sales techniques to attract and retain customers. - Assist in the layout design of merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience. - Meet or exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques. - Handle cash transactions and ensure the cash register balances at the end of the shift. - Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change accurately. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. - Ability to effectively market products to drive sales. - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. - Proficient in cash handling procedures. - Basic math skills for calculating prices and handling transactions.
