40% Sales Management: Support all Club goals to include financial services, travel services, insurance growth, and membership growth and retention. Analyze data to evaluate, communicate and develop the performance of associates to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Provide on-going communication of sales results to associates. Work to develop new business and expand Travel and Insurance leads, opportunities and revenue. Achieve the identified company goal for satisfaction surveys as delivered from AAA National for accreditation. Ensure all team members support the organization’s business lines of Membership, Travel, Insurance and Visa (MTIV) with a focus on growth and retention.
25% Branch Operations: Manageand direct the operations of the Travel and Insurance Center. Oversee training associates in all travel center related services, new technology, and relevant policies and procedures. Identify and present solutions and new opportunities in processes, procedures and business development. Written communication is clear, to the point, and effective. Prepare and distribute all required reports for all travel center products and services. Ensure departmental budgets for capital and operating income and expenses are met.
25% Leadership: Identify, recruit and retain top performing employees; manage non-performing employees in accordance with company policy. Manage with the intent to motivate, train and develop. Provide timely, constructive feedback regarding progress of work and performance. Make well informed decisions, demonstrate initiative, use sound judgment, exhibit autonomy, and execute.
10% Customer Service: Provide resolution for escalated member concerns and ensure timely follow up is met. Observe and provide immediate coaching to associates to deliver exceptional customer or member satisfaction.
The mid-market salary range for this position is $70,158.00 to $77,953.00 plus an annual bonus opportunity. Starting salary is dependent on several factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, and skills required.
