AAA Septic LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Shelton, WA

About Us – AAA Septic is an established, local company that provides septic service and portable restroom rentals to Mason County and the surrounding areas. We take pride in being an active member of the community, frequently give discounts and donations for our county’s events and organizations and put customer satisfaction and quality service as our top priorities. AAA Septic has been a previous Mason County Business of the Year award recipient and has been voted Best Septic Pumpers in the Journal for several years.
About You – We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Successful employees are people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and can remain calm while resolving customer issues. We are a small team and each employee’s work counts so consistent attendance is a must. A familiarity with Mason County and onsite sewage systems is a plus, but on the job training will be provided. High school diploma or GED is required. 1 year of office experience is preferred.
The Day to Day – This position involves answering multi-line phones, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for managing incoming emails, filing, receiving payments, and other administrative tasks, as needed.
Schedule Information – This position is full-time.
Rate of Pay – Starting at $19.00 per hour with raises as early as 90 days after hire
Benefits – AAA Septic offers medical, dental, and vision insurance. We have paid holiday, vacation, sick time, and inclement weather pay so our employees don’t have to worry about trying to navigate the roads during heavy ice or snow. Employees also receive summer and winter bonuses each year.
