We are currently seeking a full-time Day Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk/Payroll

The hours for this position is 8AM-6:30PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with a weekend rotation every 6-8 weeks. 

Some of the job duties include the following:

• Sitting for an extended period of time at the Front Desk greeting visitors and answering phones
• Completing Accounts Payable
• Completing assigned projects
• Displays a friendly and professional image and demeanor internally and externally
• Manages and completes payroll which includes maintaining time, timekeeping and labor systems, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll records, and calculating payrolls and managing earnings and deductions according to company policy to ensure accuracy.

Must be able to multi-task, have great customer service skills, be detail oriented, and able to handle constant interruptions and stay focused.
