ROTATING WEEKENDS

Summary of the position responsibilities:

Bond Agent

• Providing superior and effective customer service to our clients
• Answer multi-line phone system and screen incoming calls from potential clients
• Assist clients with processing bail bond applications in person and over the phone.
• Greeting customers courteously and promptly
• Performing client check-ins as necessary
• Accurately counting and recording customer payments
• Understand and provide clients with their terms and conditions of being out on bond
• Travel to jails and/or courthouse as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
