A2Z Pediatrics is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Bolingbrook, IL

Our busy Pediatrics office is looking for a Medical Assistant. You’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. Your duties will include checking in/out patients, taking vitals, administering vaccines and answering phones as needed. As MA, you’ll have to work closely with our healthcare professionals and office staff and must have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication abilities are important. If you’re dedicated to advancing your knowledge and clinical expertise through research and professional discourse, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and Check-out patients.
  • Take vitals and rooming patients.
  • Skills
  • Proven experience as Mediacal Assistant in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
  • Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ethics
  • Team spirit with a positive attitude
  • Patience and cool-headedness
  • Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
  • Valid MA certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
