- Work with the North American- (NA) and European (EU) sales organizations and support go-to-market strategies with product, customer, competitor and market analysis.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure marketing activities are aligned with organization needs and goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, related market size and shares, technology and pricing analysis.
- Define, establish and support the implementation of marketing content strategies and tactical plans to promote A123 technologies, products and system solution.
- Adapt messaging across multiple marketing channels – social media, website, messaging (b2b, b2 retailer, etc.)
- Manage A123 website, corporate branded documents, public documents.
- Identify and prepare exhibitions, symposiums and conferences A123 to participate.
- Prepare press releases, public speeches and roadshows in collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Program Management departments to thrive A123 brand awareness.
- Develop solutions for product animation and promotion.
- Proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with social media tools.
- Ability and interest to learn and understand technical product / technology portfolios.
- Technical aptitude, creative, structured approach
- Creative thinker, capable and comfortable with generating innovative ideas.
- Able to use effective oral communication to present ideas and explain material to a variety of audiences.
- Experience within automotive, energy storage and transportation industry
- Knowledge of energy storage technologies, especially lithium-ion batteries welcome
- Experience creating marketing materials and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
- Min. of 5 years sales or marketing experience
