Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility, including transferring and lifting clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support clients with behavioral management and emotional regulation
- Provide direct care and support in accordance with individual care plans

Requirements:

- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and caregiving best practices
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks
- Proficient in behavior management strategies
- Understanding of home care procedures and protocols
- Ability to lift and move clients safely when necessary
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $191.23 - $199.03 per day

Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
