Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all jewelry customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Restock jewelry inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual, with the ability to effectively communicate in languages such as Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques and industry trends is a plus
