The successful candidate must have great customer service skills with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector. As a Managed Services Salesperson, your role involves selling and promoting onsite support solutions and services to clients. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into customized onsite support solutions.

Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Sales Planning:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue goals for commercial onsite support solutions.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements and tailor support solutions accordingly.
• Articulate the benefits of managed services to potential clients.
• Tailor solutions based on their unique needs.

Client Relationship Management:

• Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Enhance the user/client experience by meeting and exceeding their demands.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with A-V Services management teams to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

Sales Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and close deals.

Education: A relevant degree such as Business, School of Arts and Sciences, Education and Social Policy, Engineering and Computational Sciences is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of operations experience.
