Looking to add highly energetic and patient assistant teachers to our team! Candidates must be flexible, and have great communication skills. Experience in the child care setting is a plus but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning and development
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning challenges
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing student progress and adjusting instruction as needed
- Assist with the preparation and organization of materials and resources for lessons
- Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive activities

Qualifications:
- Experience working with students, particularly in an early childhood education setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of math, literacy education, and curriculum development principles
- Familiarity with daycare or preschool regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young children
