Design Intern

A.Team is seeking a Design Intern with a strong foundation in visual design and art direction, coupled with an understanding of UI/UX principles. Design Intern @ A.Team: 

This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing startup with a positive culture focused on teamwork and mutual growth. A.Team offers a supportive environment where team members are encouraged to grow and explore new creative avenues. Remote work flexibility, with occasional events at our NYC clubhouse (NYC-based candidates preferred but not required).

*Note - this is a part-time position with the expectation to work 20-30 hrs/week for 3 months. Starting rate is $18/hr.

In this role, you will...

• Design and conceptualize social media assets, research PDFs, event graphics, blog hero images, one-pagers, and presentation decks.
• Utilize Webflow to create and manage simple landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Lead Designer, supporting the marketing team and contributing to broader company projects.

• Solid background in visual design and art direction.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design, with the ability to wireframe and design web pages.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential.
• Passionate about design

• Experience with video editing and animation (After Effects, C4D, Spline, or Rive) is highly desirable.
• Illustration skills and branding experience are significant advantages.
