A Taste of Excellence is NEO's largest premier catering company- servicing weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and special events. Our team is growing and we are seeking outgoing, professional event bartenders that are passionate about customer service! This position is primarily weekend based, with some shifts during the week (event based).

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the timely set-up and take-down of mobile bars including helping to unload and load of truck with alcohol and bar supplies, preparing and cutting fruit garnishes, setting up beverage stations, polishing and setting up glassware, etc
• Prepares beverages for guests in a timely manner
• Maintains a clean bar at all times
• Checks and maintains stock of glassware, beverages, and bar supplies through the event
• Inventories alcohol at the beginning and end of event
• Inventories bar wash at the beginning of event
• Responsible for having full knowledge of beverages offered at events
• Communicates any missing equipment or product to the Event Captain or Manager in a quick and urgent manner
• Keeps a neat and clean appearance at all times
• Follows policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous bar tending experience required
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Must be able to take direction and be flexible with changes that arise
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs
• Weekend and evening availability necessary
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
