MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Bartender (AM Shift) at The Corner Alley on East 4th Street in Cleveland, Ohio!
Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experience.
Job Overview:
Our Bartender will be paid a starting rate of $5.25 per hour tips and be non-exempt. This position has a 90-day probationary period.
A Bartender/Server will be asked to perform the following duties:
Interact with teammates and guests in a friendly and professional way
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and balance register
Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
Complete drink orders efficiently and in a timely manner
Make food and beverage recommendations to patrons
Follow established safety and security procedures
Clean, organize, restock, and maintain the bar and areas around you
Carry trays containing food and/or beverages
Mandatory Requirements
Pursuant to state law, successful applicants must be 21 years of age or older to perform the duties of this position.
Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work in confined spaces for an extended time, and stand on feet 95% of scheduled shift
