A.T LLC is now accepting applications for Delivery Helper teammates who are safe, efficient, and reliable. As a Helper, you will be on the front lines assisting drivers with delivering packages to customers. Ideal candidates are passionate about getting the job done by putting safety first and caring deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

What does a Delivery Helper Team Member do?

• Assists Driver with load, unload, and delivery of packages to customers
• Assist Driver in completing a delivery route
• Track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times.
• Follows strict safety standards on and off the road adhere to all safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with all weather and conditions
• Part-Time Helpers commonly work 3 -4 days a week
• Typical working days are 8 hours
• Interacts with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• Uses handheld technology and application to manage the delivery process
• Assists with the daily maintenance review of vehicle and communicates concerns to Driver or Supervisor.

What are the basic requirements?

• Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the US

· Must have a valid ID or a valid US passport

• Must consent to a background check
• Must be able to move packages up to 50 lbs. and heavier than 50 lbs. with assistance
• Must be able to easily get in and out of the van multiple times each day
• Must have effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Holds high ethical standards at all times
• Proven track record of reliability
• Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
• Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
• Some experience with product delivery is a plus
