Maintenance Supervisor 1st shift

Join our client’s team as a Maintenance Supervisor and be part of a dynamic Maintenance department in a company dedicated to supporting their employees and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle work, maintenance, and staffing schedules, assign work appropriately, and manage equipment purchasing and contract services.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Prepares work, maintenance, and staffing schedules. Assigns work appropriately and ensures services are performed to meet facility needs.
• Manages equipment purchasing and contract services as necessary. Works with the purchasing department on negotiation and any contract work as needed.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and safety regulations. Trains staff in safety as necessary.
• Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime and labor and overtime expenses.

Shift : 1st

Pay : $85000-$95000 / year

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements :

• Ten-plus years of experience in maintenance and staff management in the food industry is preferred.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electric, machine building, PLC, and community codes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer skills including Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / planning, AutoCAD software, and Microsoft Excel.
