- 5 years experience using QuickBooks
- Reliable transportation
- Possess necessary equipment, including a functioning computer, printer, smartphone, etc.
- Lives within a 10 mile radius of Campbell, CA
- Willing to become a Certified Pro-Advisor (at own expense, approx. $800/yr.)
- Willing to start part-time and work up to FT or at least 30-35 hours/week, based on accepting new clients
- Seeking permanent, long-term employment with a lean, successful firm (like ours!)
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Deadline-driven; Able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
