Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, senior care, or related fields.

Hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7pm

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of individual care plans and progress
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals under care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
- Familiarity with systems used in nursing homes or assisted living facilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
