Title: Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist

Location: Remote 

Role: The Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist is a member of a multidisciplinary team creating or updating online, in-class, and hybrid courses for US Air Force personnel serving in the civil engineering career field. The supported customer is the Air Force Civil Engineer Center at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL. Duties:

• Works as a member of a project team to create or update courses used for web-based, classroom, and hybrid delivery.
• Uses modern computer graphics software to develop and edit graphic sketches, designs, 2D/3D animations, photographs, and video content for integration into courses.
• Assists with testing of draft course materials and/or eLearning courseware modules.
• Provides expertise to improve project quality control and mitigate common course development risks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Technical:

• Demonstrates expertise using modern graphic creation/editing software.
• Comfortable with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, or associates degree with 5 or more years of experience

Certifications:

• None required, but certifications or evidence of advanced training in relevant skills are a plus.

Experience:

• Three (3) or more years as a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist and able to provide a portfolio of products you have created.
• Experience in photography and/or videography are a plus but are not required.
• Experience in support of federal government contracts is a plus but is not a requirement.
