Overview:
Join the dynamic team at New Mexico State Athletics NIL Collective as a Sponsorship Coordinator. We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and skilled individual to play a key role in driving our sponsorship initiatives, aimed at supporting our student-athletes and enhancing our community presence through meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing commitment.
• Proactively identify and engage potential new sponsors, with a focus on securing mid-tier financial commitments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered effectively and sponsors are recognized across our platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of sponsor interactions and transactions, ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.
• Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to the development of new sponsorship packages and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising, preferably in a sports or educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sports marketing and familiarity with NIL regulations is a plus.

Previous experience in DME, medical device, pharmaceutical or imaging center sales a plus.

Reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.87 - $22.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
